Lincoln Foodservice Products has announced the appointment of Shawn Stoffer as Regional Sales Manager, East. Stoffer brings over 25 years of commercial foodservice industry experience, including roles in equipment sales, culinary training, and regional market development. He most recently served as Equipment Sales Manager, Southeast for The Vollrath Company and Stoelting. Stoffer succeeds Simon Maple, who is transitioning to the Welbilt Corporate Culinary Team.

Lincoln unveiled its Dual Voltage Digital CounterTop Impingement (DCTI) oven — a plug-and-play model that automatically adjusts voltage settings. Using air impingement technology, it cooks foods up to four times faster than a conventional oven with an optional no-cost quiet motor for front-of-house placement.
Lincoln Introduces New easyTouch Control in Impinger II Ovens
Lincoln introduced an enhanced Impinger II conveyor oven series featuring new easyTouch controls with a 4.3-inch display and eight preset full-color recipes. The oven incorporates Fast Bake® technology, cooking products up to 30% faster than traditional impingement conveyor ovens. With over 15,000 units globally, the Impinger II has been voted Best in Class for conveyor ovens for 16 consecutive years.
FE&S Magazine Recognized Welbilt in Six Categories for 2017 Best In Class Study
Foodservice Equipment & Supplies (FE&S) magazine released its annual Best in Class Survey results, with four Welbilt brands winning 2017 Overall Best in Class Awards in six Heavy Equipment categories. Welbilt Unveils New Product and Service Brand Logos

The redesigned logos feature a triangular shape incorporating the Welbilt 'W' with a color-coding system for product categories. The company consolidated from 23 brands to 12 core brands.
