The Lincoln 2424 Aperion Impinger Conveyor Oven

New Port Richey, Fla. – Lincoln, a Welbilt brand specializing in commercial cooking equipment, is pleased to introduce its newest midsize conveyor oven: the Lincoln 2424 Aperion™ Impinger Conveyor Oven.

The new oven features dual blower motors and higher output elements that enable cooking times up to 20% faster compared to conventional impingement ovens.

The design prioritizes operator safety and ease of use. Controls are positioned at the front of the unit to eliminate the need to reach across hot surfaces. The model includes independent top and bottom air management, removing the requirement for multiple finger configurations during recipe optimization.

Maintenance is simplified through a hinged, removable front door that provides access to the conveyor and finger components for cleaning.

The unit measures 24" x 24" in cooking area, offering substantial capacity in a compact footprint. It operates electrically and ventlessly — built-in catalysts enable single-oven ventless operation.

Lincoln backs the product with a 2-year parts and labor warranty supported by four decades of brand experience.

The oven debuted at the International Pizza Expo Show in Las Vegas (August 17–19, 2021) at the Welbilt booth.
