Lincoln Introduces New Dual Voltage Digital Countertop Impinger Electric Oven
New Port Richey, Fla. – Lincoln, a Welbilt commercial cooking equipment brand, unveiled its Dual Voltage Digital CounterTop Impingement (DCTI) oven — a "plug and play" model that automatically adjusts voltage settings to match kitchen requirements, taking the guesswork out of ordering so you can start cooking straightaway.
The oven employs air impingement technology, using pressurized hot air jets to achieve superior browning and crisping results. This method cooks foods up to four times faster than a conventional oven.
The DCTI handles multiple menu items simultaneously with uniform heating and cooking capabilities, supporting rapid baking across various temperature ranges. Its continuous conveyor platform moves products through at constant speed, improving workflow efficiency and reducing labor demands compared to batch-type ovens.
The model includes an 18-month parts and labor warranty. Lincoln offers an optional no-cost "quiet" motor — marketed as the quietest countertop impinger available — suitable for front-of-house kitchen placement. Both electric and electric ventless configurations are available, with built-in catalysts in the ventless model for kitchens without ventilation hoods.
