FE&S Magazine Recognized Welbilt in Six Categories for 2017 Best In Class Study
New Port Richey, Fla. – Foodservice Equipment & Supplies (FE&S) magazine just released the results of its annual Best in Class Survey and this year four Welbilt brands have won prestigious 2017 Overall Best in Class Awards in six categories for Heavy Equipment. Two additional brands were recognized as a category winner for specific segments.
Overall Category Winners:
- Cleveland earned three awards: Braising Pans/Tilting Skillets, Steam Jacketed Kettles, and Steamers
- Delfield won Chef Counters – Prefabricated
- Lincoln won Conveyor Ovens
- Manitowoc won Ice Makers
Audience Segment Winners:
- Delfield received recognition for Refrigerated Prep Tables – Operators
- Frymaster won Freestanding Floor Fryers – Consultants
Manitowoc has never given up the top spot of Overall Best in Class in their category throughout 17 years of surveys.
FE&S polled foodservice operators, dealers, and consultants, requesting evaluations across seven performance factors: product quality, product value, product design and aesthetics, service and support, sales representation, product inventory and availability, and product information availability.
