The Aperion® 2824 delivers maximum throughput with a 28” wide belt and 24” cooking chamber. Independent top and bottom airflow reduces cook times and ensures precise, consistent results across high-volume operations. Available in gas, electric, and ventless electric configurations, it offers flexible installation with increased capacity in a compact footprint.
